Dekaron Kingdom - Winter and Performance Updates (Patch v.5)

PERFORMANCE ADJUSTMENT (Items and Gems)
Items Adjustment:

- Added 5% damage reduction to all class gears.
- Masochie Earings removed monster tolerance and changed to max PK shield.
- Divine Howl I - III added PK/PVP Tolerance 1-3%
- Added additional Max PK Shield both armlet and belt.

Gems Improvement:

- Immortal Shield Gems enhance the effect into 5000 max PK shield.
- PVP/PK Tolerance Gems is now 3%.
- All resistance Gems is now +150.
- Defense Ruby (Critical Resistance gem) is now 3%.
